  • How many bundles of Rich Look Extensions do I need to achieve a style?
    14-16: 2+ 18-24: 3+ 26-30: 4+ 30 & longer: 5+
  • Will my extensions shed and tangle?
    Any hair bundles that have been manufactured wefting is subjected to minimal shedding. Tangling can be prevented by keeping extensions clean and detangled often from ends to weft with a large tooth comb/brush. Please rinse immediately with fresh water with any contact with salt or chlorine water.
  • What is the actual color of the extensions?
    The hair is virgin so a natural 1B is the original color. The hair can be lightened or darkened to your liking.
  • How long will my extensions last?
    With proper maintenance, six months to one year.
  • How often can I shampoo my extensions?
    You may cleanse as often as you’d like. We recommend 2-3 washes with Treseme Moisture Rich Shampoo and one pass with Treseme Moisture Rich Conditioner.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping is currently 6-10 business days. We do not offer overnight/expedited shipping at the moment.
