Cancellation Policy
For cancelationplease contact us Atleast 24 hours before appointment start time to avoid rebooking penalties. Customer service hours are from 10am- 5 pm! Please no calls before/after. Same Day appointments are subject to cancelation! I work certain holiday hours. If there is a holiday slot open, please be aware that it is additional to come in! (100$ fee) (Also, please do not double book! If you see an earlier time please cancel first appointment and rebook! Otherwise, the later appointment will be honored. ) Any late arrival over 20 mins may be subjected to cancellation.
